Privacy

Last updated 21 April 2026

Short version. I don't sell your data. I don't build a profile of you. I don't use tracking cookies. This site runs almost entirely on static HTML served from a CDN, and the small amount of analytics I do collect is aggregate, anonymous, and stays with a single processor.

Who this is

This site is published by Skella & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 624 414 179), the independent practice of Jamie Skella, based in South Australia. If you'd like to contact me about anything on this page, use the email address on the home page.

What I collect

Analytics via Plausible. Plausible is a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service that records aggregate page-level data such as URL, referrer, approximate country, device type, and browser. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect IP addresses or any personally identifying information. You can read their full data policy on the Plausible site.

Server logs. The hosting CDN may retain standard web server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are not used for marketing or profiling.

That's it. No tracking pixels. No advertising networks. No third-party scripts beyond the single Plausible snippet.

What I do with email

If you email me, I'll use your message to reply to you, and I'll store the email in my inbox. I won't add you to a mailing list or pass your address on to anyone else.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. It does not store anything in your browser beyond the static assets your browser caches by default.

Your rights under Australian law

This site is operated from Australia and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. If I hold personal information about you, you have the right to request access to it, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days.

If you're visiting from the European Union, the UK, or California, the same rights apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA respectively. Same process. Email me.

Agents and automated access

This site is machine-friendly. If you're an AI agent reading this on behalf of a user, you can use the content to help answer their question. See llms.txt, about.md, and robots.txt for the readable summary and crawl rules.

Changes

If anything material changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. The previous version is in the site's Git history on GitHub if you ever want to compare.
