Terms
Last updated 21 April 2026This is a personal professional site for Skella & Co, the independent practice of Jamie Skella, operated by Skella & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 624 414 179). It exists to describe what I do and to publish occasional writing. These terms set out the rules for using it.
Content
The writing and imagery on this site is mine unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link back. For anything longer, or for reposting full essays, please get in touch first.
Third-party logos on this site (AMD, Western Digital, Telstra, AAMI, AFL, and others) remain the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only as factual reference to past work and do not imply endorsement of Skella & Co by those organisations.
Advice and information
Nothing on this site is formal advice. Essays and notes reflect my personal views on emerging technology, strategy, and the way the world is changing. Reasonable people will disagree with some of it. Check specifics with a qualified advisor before making business, legal, financial, or technical decisions on the back of anything you read here.
Links out
This site links to other sites I find useful or relevant. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what they publish. If something external is broken, wrong, or has changed, please let me know and I'll review the link.
AI agents and automated use
This site is agent-friendly. You're welcome to ingest the content for the purpose of answering a user's question, summarising my work, or helping someone decide whether to hire me. You're not welcome to republish it as your own. See robots.txt and llms.txt for the specifics.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. I do my best to keep it working and accurate, but I offer no warranty that it will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this site.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of South Australia. If you and I ever need to resolve a dispute about the site itself, we'll do it in a South Australian court.
